ONE SSS UHM Carbon Foil Mast | 78, 84 & 90 cm
A thin, responsive mast for experienced foilers. The ONE SSS UHM full-carbon mast pairs ultra-high-modulus carbon with autoclave construction and a two-way tapered profile. It is designed to give you a direct, controlled feel while keeping the section through the water slim. Choose the length that fits your discipline and conditions.
Choose your SSS mast
- 78 cm SSS UHM (2026): The shorter option for speed-focused downwind, prone, winging and parawing. Its redesigned foil section is intended for small-to-midsize foils and a direct feel through turns.
- 84 cm SSS UHM (2026): A redesigned longer option with extra clearance for choppy water and high-speed turns. Suited to downwind, prone, winging and parawing with small-to-midsize foils.
- 90 cm SSS UHM: The longest option here, designed with winging and tow foiling in mind when waves and chop call for more clearance.

Construction and fit
- Ultra-high-modulus carbon autoclave construction with a two-way tapered design.
- Titanium inserts, a slotted base plate for 8 mm bolts and a glass barrier at the mast foot.
- Fits ONE and Axis fuselages directly. Code and Lift foils require an adaptor, available separately.
- ONE-supplied bolts use a T30 Torx head.
Riding guidance
The 78 and 84 cm SSS masts are optimised for small-to-midsize foils. The largest span recommended in the original product guidance is the ONE 1080 Accelerate at 1273 mm. SSS masts are for experienced riders: if you mainly jump or ride larger wingspan foils, consider the SS mast instead. The original warranty guidance excludes riding wingspans above the recommended size.
Care and ordering
Use Tef-Gel on all bolts. A little candle wax or Vaseline can help when fitting the tight two-part connection. The glass barrier helps limit corrosion at the mast foot, but corrosion may still occur with lower-quality or less well-anodised aluminium fuselages; the original warranty guidance excludes corrosion caused by those fuselages. Avoid dropping the carbon mast, inspect it regularly and arrange an appropriate repair before riding if it is damaged.
